Roasted Cauliflour:                              

1 head of cauliflour
EVOO ( extra virgin olive oil)
Sea Salt and Pepper
Fresh Parmesan cheese





Spaghetti Squash:

Portabello muchrooms
Fresh baby spinach
Shallots
EVOO
Fresh Parmesan cheese
            Fresh Basil    
Grape tomatoes ( I add these, love them)
Goat cheese
       





Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries:

Sweet potato
Fresh Rosemary
EVOO
Sea Salt
Cayenne papper
Parmesan cheese
